The short version: we collect as little as possible, we never see the names you check, and you can delete your email anytime.
Only your email address, and only if you subscribe to the checklist. It stays pending until you confirm via double opt-in, and unconfirmed addresses are deleted after 30 days. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link that works immediately. Backups of the subscriber list live in a private, access-restricted repository off this server.
The name check and the DMCA generator run entirely in your browser. Names, URLs and form data never reach our servers — there is no API call to send them to. We could not see them if we wanted to.
No tracking cookies. We use privacy-first, cookie-less analytics that count page views and button clicks in aggregate — which is why there is no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to. The only cookie we ever set is your language choice, and only when you make one. We never track the names you type.
Under GDPR you can access, correct or delete your data anytime. The unsubscribe link in every email removes your subscription immediately. For anything else, write to us.
